Initiate Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items
Place the tool in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip included.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping box.

Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
